Introduction

Welcome to Scan to Google Sheets. This application allows users to scan QR codes and barcodes using their mobile device, transmitting data to an Google Sheets file that link to their account.

Information Collection & Usage

Scan to Google Sheets does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data outside of the user's local network. All scanned information is directly updated into the Google Sheets file.

The Application does not share any information automatically with third parties. When user confirmed and send data to google sheets, these data belongs to the user and google sheet which is provide by google Inc.

Children

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Customization & User Control

Users can customize the Google Sheets sheet schema to include additional fields while scanning. No data is sent to external servers.

Third-Party Services

This application does not use third-party services or analytics tools. All processing occurs locally on the user’s device.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated within the application.

Account & Data Deletion

Scan to Google Sheets does not require users to create an account. However, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete the data associated with your usage of the app, please email us at pmkha92@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include any details (e.g., device ID or usage date) to help us locate your data. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted

• Scanned QR/barcode data
• Scan metadata (timestamps, formats)

Data Retention

All deleted data is permanently removed. We do not retain backups. Data stored locally on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

Partial Data Deletion

Yes, you may request to delete specific types of data (e.g., only barcode history). Please include those details in your request.
