1. Principle
Photo Proof does not require an account and does not run a server that stores your photos. Photos, notes and projects stay on your device. We do not sell your data.
2. Camera permission
Used to take site photos. Photos are written only to the app’s private storage on your device and are never uploaded automatically.
3. Location permission
Used to read the coordinates at the moment of capture and burn them into the photo and on-device metadata. If you decline, capture still works and the stamp reads “GPS unavailable”.
4. Address lookup
When you enable the address line, coordinates are sent to the system geocoder (Apple / Google) and, if needed, to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to be turned into a street name. Results are cached on the device. Turn the address option off in stamp settings if you prefer coordinates not to leave the device for lookup.
5. Microphone permission
Requested only if you use the operating system’s dictation to write a note. The app does not record audio and stores no sound files.
6. Advertising (Free tier)
The Free tier may show banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. On iOS the app asks for App Tracking Transparency consent before the ads SDK starts. Pro hides ads.
7. Payments
Pro purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, system-generated user id together with the purchase state. We never receive or store card or payment details.
8. Crash reports
A technical crash report (error type, code location, OS version) is sent only if a crash service is configured on that build. Reports contain no photos, notes, project names or coordinates. Crash reporting may currently be disabled.
9. Encryption and storage
Project and photo metadata live in an encrypted key-value store whose key is held in the device Keychain (iOS) or Keystore (Android). The photo directory is excluded from automatic iCloud and Google backups so field data does not leave the device unintentionally.
10. Your rights
You can delete any photo, any project or everything at any time from within the app, or by uninstalling it. Because we keep no copy, that deletion is permanent. Contact support@photoprove.app.

2. Quyền Camera
Dùng để chụp ảnh hiện trường. Ảnh chỉ được lưu vào bộ nhớ riêng của ứng dụng trên thiết bị, không tự động tải lên bất kỳ đâu.
3. Quyền Vị trí
Dùng để lấy toạ độ tại thời điểm chụp và đóng vào ảnh cùng metadata trên máy. Nếu bạn từ chối quyền này, ứng dụng vẫn chụp được và đóng dấu “GPS không khả dụng”.
4. Tra địa chỉ dạng chữ
Khi bạn bật dòng địa chỉ, toạ độ được gửi tới geocoder của hệ điều hành (Apple / Google), và nếu cần thì tới OpenStreetMap Nominatim, để đổi thành tên đường. Kết quả được lưu đệm trên máy. Tắt tuỳ chọn địa chỉ trong Cài đặt dấu ảnh nếu bạn không muốn toạ độ rời khỏi thiết bị cho tra cứu.
5. Quyền Micro
Chỉ được yêu cầu nếu bạn dùng tính năng nhập ghi chú bằng giọng nói của hệ điều hành. Ứng dụng không ghi âm và không lưu file âm thanh.
6. Quảng cáo (bản Free)
Bản Free có thể hiển thị banner và quảng cáo xen kẽ qua Google AdMob. Trên iOS, ứng dụng hỏi quyền theo dõi (ATT) trước khi khởi tạo SDK quảng cáo. Bản Pro ẩn quảng cáo.
7. Thanh toán
Giao dịch mua Pro được xử lý bởi App Store hoặc Google Play và quản lý qua RevenueCat. RevenueCat nhận một mã người dùng ẩn danh do hệ thống tạo cùng trạng thái giao dịch. Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ hay thông tin thanh toán của bạn.
8. Báo lỗi
Báo cáo sự cố kỹ thuật (loại lỗi, vị trí mã, phiên bản hệ điều hành) chỉ được gửi nếu dịch vụ theo dõi lỗi được cấu hình trên bản phát hành đó. Báo cáo không chứa ảnh, ghi chú, tên dự án hay toạ độ. Hiện tại báo cáo sự cố có thể đang tắt.
9. Mã hoá và lưu trữ
Metadata dự án và ảnh được lưu trong bộ nhớ khoá–giá trị được mã hoá, với khoá giữ trong Keychain (iOS) hoặc Keystore (Android) của thiết bị. Thư mục ảnh được loại khỏi sao lưu tự động iCloud/Google để dữ liệu hiện trường không rời máy ngoài ý muốn.
10. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có thể xoá bất kỳ ảnh, dự án hoặc toàn bộ dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách xoá trong ứng dụng hoặc gỡ ứng dụng. Vì chúng tôi không giữ bản sao, thao tác đó là xoá vĩnh viễn. Liên hệ support@photoprove.app.
