How do I change the message, preset or color?
Tap the board to show the controls. Text edits the message, Presets opens looks, fonts, effects and your setlist. Swipe left/right on the board to switch presets, tap to change color, and pinch to resize text. More › Help & Gestures replays the gesture tutorial.
What is Stadium Mode?
Stadium Mode makes the text fill the screen with bigger, brighter LEDs and removes background effects, so your message can be read from far away. Long messages scroll automatically.
How does Fan Sync work? Do I need Wi-Fi?
One person taps Sync › Start a sync and shows the QR code. Friends scan it (or open the shared link) and pick their seat number, counted from the left as seen from the stage. Phones stay in sync using their clocks, so no Wi-Fi or connection is needed after everyone has the code. If phones look slightly out of time, make sure Settings › General › Date & Time › Set Automatically is on.
Beat Sync says "Listening…" and doesn't flash
Beat Sync needs microphone access and music with a steady beat; it usually locks on within 5–10 seconds. Check Settings › LED Board › Microphone. Audio is analyzed on your device and never recorded.
How do I keep the screen from changing in a crowd?
Tap Lock. All touches are ignored until you press and hold the lock icon for about a second.
My phone gets hot or the battery drains during long shows
Turn on More › Settings › Battery Saver. It also turns on by itself in Low Power Mode or when the phone gets hot. Lowering screen brightness a little also helps.
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription or ask for a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Các máy tự đồng bộ theo đồng hồ nên không cần Wi-Fi hay kết nối sau khi đã có mã. Nếu thấy lệch nhịp, hãy bật Cài đặt › Cài đặt chung › Ngày & Giờ › Đặt tự động.
