FanLED ("the App") is a concert LED banner application developed by minhkhacld. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
FanLED does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
● Data Collection
The App operates entirely on your device. We do not collect:
- ✕ Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- ✕ Location data or device identifiers
- ✕ Usage analytics or tracking information
- ✕ Photos, contacts, or other sensitive data
● Local Data Storage
The App stores your preferences locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This includes:
- → Your banner text and display settings
- → Selected effects, colors, and speed preferences
- → Custom presets and drawing data
- → Font size and glow settings
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App.
● Device Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions. All are optional and used solely for the described features:
🔦 Flashlight (Torch)
Used to synchronize the device flashlight with beat detection for concert effects. No camera access is involved.
🎤 Microphone
Used exclusively for the Sound Reactive feature, which analyzes ambient audio amplitude in real-time to modulate visual effects. Audio is processed entirely on-device and is never recorded or stored.
📶 Local Network (Multipeer)
Used for the optional Crowd Sync feature, which connects nearby devices via local peer-to-peer networking to synchronize LED displays. No internet connection is required.
● Third-Party Services
FanLED does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or cloud services. The App does not make any network requests except for optional local peer-to-peer connections (Crowd Sync).
● Children's Privacy
The App is safe for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of collecting information from children under 13 (or any applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction).
